Dear Friends and Neighbors of the 41st Assembly District,
I ask for your vote on Nov. 4th.
As your representative I have used my background as a wife, mother, business owner and resident of the 41st District to act on your behalf. My votes and efforts have been a reflection of what I’ve heard from you both at the Capitol and in our district.
My greatest concern has always been good government for the citizens of Wisconsin. I have been active in seeking the opinions and interests of the people of the district by attending local events, community service groups and senior citizen meetings. I have met with the leaders of our counties and communities to foster constructive dialog among these levels of government.
My extensive business background has been an asset for the Assembly as I serve on the Small Business and Insurance Committees. As a member of the Committee of Colleges & Universities, my goal is keep Wisconsin’s higher education programs on a level with the premier institutions in the United States, while maintaining affordabeltuition. You have given me a great responsibility this session to Chair the Homeland Security and State Preparedness Committee and also to serve on the Public Health Committee. I am working hard to ensure that federal, state and local officials are doing all they can to keep us safe from man-made and natural disasters.
I am excited to have the opportunity to continue to serve as your Assembly Representative. I will listen to your concerns and answer your questions directly and honestly. I ask that you cast your vote for me, Joan Ballweg, on November 4th. I pledge to continue serving the 41st Assembly District with hard work and common sense.
